Litigation Paralegal

Kenny Habetz Injury Law is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a strategic backbone for their litigation process. The firm prioritizes client focus and case management, offering a paperless environment and a supportive team. The role involves managing discovery, preparing files, and providing support throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Gather and organize medical records, evidence, and case investigation materials
• Prepare and e-file documents in state and federal courts
• Manage discovery processes, including interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions
• Utilize SmartAdvocate and other legal tech tools
• Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and update litigation calendars
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
