LEAD OPERATOR-Blending

Join Kent Precision Foods Group as a Lead Operator and support the operations departments. Assist Operators and Production Supervisor in achieving production goals, adhere to production schedules, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate all equipment.
• Assist Operators as needed.
• Assist Production Supervisor in achieving TPU and production goals.
• Adhere to the production schedule.
• Oversee and participate in line operations.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Adhere to all safety practices set forth by OSHA.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices as set in the KPFG GMP.
• Perform designated clean-up and sanitation.
• Keep the work area clean of trash and debris and the floor in a 'swept clean' condition.
