We are seeking a Data Governance Manager to define and drive the company's data strategy, ensuring data security, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent data strategy skills, experience in data management and project management, and knowledge of data architectures and implementation of information systems.

Requirements

• Defining the overall data strategy
• Co-building and promoting the data roadmap aligned with the company's strategy
• Prioritizing, piloting, and supporting data-related topics (projects, innovations, use cases...)
• Identifying performance and quality indicators
• Sensitizing and promoting business to data culture
• Ensuring the methodology in place in the data cell
• Setting up data governance
• Defining the project data construction methodology
• Defining data comitology and piloting it, particularly with the AO
• Setting up data quality monitoring dashboards and KPI performance
• Coordinating data actors
• Supervising data documentation (glossary, dictionary, flux)
• Working with the DPO and RSSI to ensure respect for RGPD standards and security
• Valuing data
• Collecting business needs and identifying high-value business cases
• Accompanying business in exploiting and valuing data
• Defining and deploying an acclimation plan for the company to data
• Supervising the deployment and support of data visualization tools
