Skilled Butcher

Kepak is seeking experienced Butchers to join their Beef Boning Department at KEPAK Bodmin. As a skilled Butcher, your role will be essential in ensuring that meat products are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Previous knife skills and butchery experience in fast-paced food manufacturing is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict production specifications and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift and move heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent English language proficiency.
