Job Description
Kepak McIntosh Donald, a globally recognized red meat producer, is seeking experienced Slaughter Operatives. These individuals will perform slaughter, dressing, and preparation of carcasses and offal for sale, ensuring high standards and adhering to company SOP’s. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining high levels of product quality. They offer 31 days annual leave, a Performance Bonus, and opportunities for promotion within the company.
Requirements
- Competence in slaughter and/or knife skills preferred
- Previous experience working in a high-volume meat processing factory highly beneficial
- Able to work in a warm environment
- Manual handling ability and awareness
- Fluent English, communicate well in written and oral form
- Flexibility to meet daily production targets
- Consistent approach and strong work ethic
- Adaptable to change and production demands
