Senior Analyst, Data Strategy & Analytics

Kepler is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Strategy & Analytics to partner with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, develop marketing tests, and leverage data to optimize campaigns and drive performance. The role involves data mining, creating reports, building data connections, and automating reporting processes. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in paid media/marketing analytics
• Strong background in analytics / statistics with experience working with big data sets
• Knowledge of programming languages to aid in analysis (e.g. SQL, Python)
• Experience with visualizing data within online platforms (e.g., Datorama, Looker, PowerBI) and/or Microsoft Office Suite
• Some knowledge of digital marketing measurement solutions (e.g. MMM, Attribution, Lift / Incrementality Testing, Data Clean Rooms)
• Site Analytics experience (GA4 / Adobe)
• Appetite for learning new technologies and interest in automating workflows through the use of AI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
• Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges
• Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details
• Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
