Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across the Firm
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified, diverse talent
- Coordinate and execute the Firm’s Internship & Summer Leadership programs
- Serve as primary candidate contact to ensure an exceptional hiring experience
