Job Description
Kestra Investment Management is seeking an Investment Specialist to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Head of Business & Sales Strategy. The role involves driving business development, increasing assets under management, and strengthening advisor relationships across Kestra Financial, Kestra Private Wealth Services, and Bluespring Wealth Partners.
Requirements
- Lead proactive outreach and sales efforts to independent financial advisors and RIA firms
- Focus efforts on initiating relationships with Advisors who are first-time partners with Kestra Investment Management
- Engage in the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospect engagement to onboarding
- Build deep advisor partnerships by understanding investment philosophies and aligning KIM solutions to help scale their businesses
- Provide responsive, solutions-oriented service to advisor inquiries, fostering trust and long-term loyalty
