Technical Lead Mergers & Acquisitions

Kestra Holdings is seeking a Technical Lead to drive technology integration and vendor stack consolidation across multiple acquired firms. This role is pivotal in ensuring that firm mergers and acquisitions achieve operational scale through a unified, secure, and efficient technology ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in digital product development
• Strong understanding of investor-facing platforms, UX principles, and digital ecosystems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution detail
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and integration tools
• CSPO or equivalent preferred
