This position exists in various departments to produce finished product. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to learn system logic and operate HMI/control panels and fine tune equipment for minor and major adjustments
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- High ethical standards, strong values, integrity. Drive to deliver results, pride in personal and team performance, decision quality, and action oriented are fundamental imperatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal/external customers
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
