Maintenance Technician

KETTLER is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Hawkins Press in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, passion for helping people, and desire to learn and grow.

Requirements

• 1 year of apartment, hotel, or facilities maintenance experience
• Intermediate knowledge of HVAC, appliance, electrical, and plumbing repair
• EPA/CFC Type I & II certifications preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and must live within 30 minutes of the property
• Outstanding customer service and focus on providing residents with timely and accurate responses
