• Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or digital project leader
• Passion for learning, user experience, and digital innovation
• Ability to translate strategic goals into clear priorities and concrete steps
• Structured, communicatively strong, and accustomed to guiding external partners
• Ability to work independently and switch between teams and disciplines
