Requirements
- Embodies a strong client experience culture
- Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and over the phone client conversations
- Consistently attains individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations
- Opening personal and business accounts
- Developing strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners
- Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies
- Support of branch operations
- Participate in and occasionally facilitate in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs
- Work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures
