Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker, you will engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to assist in client's financial wellness. You will work toward attracting new clients to Key and develop and expand relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

• Embodies a strong client experience culture
• Listens for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations
• Opens personal and business accounts
• Develops strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners
• Ensures compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies
• Supports branch operations
• Participates in and occasionally facilitates morning huddles and end of day debriefs
