Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker, you will be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients in our KeyBank communities. You will engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover their needs and provide guidance and solutions to assist in their financial wellness.

Requirements

• Embodies a strong client experience culture
• Listens for clues for financial wellness opportunities
• Consistently attains individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations
• Opening personal and business accounts
• Developing strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners
• Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies
• Support of branch operations
• Participate in and occasionally facilitate in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management
• Performs other duties as assigned
