Senior UX Designer

We’re growing the UX practice at Keylane and are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can bring clarity to complexity, create intuitive end-to-end experiences, and elevate how our products serve users across the insurance and pension domains.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer working on complex digital products.
• Strong command of interaction design, usability, and design systems.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and navigating technical/business constraints.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end design work and managing ambiguity.
• Empathetic, curious, and passionate about improving user outcomes at scale.
