Implementation Consultant - Accounts

Keyloop is seeking an Implementation Consultant to bridge the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers, and car buyers. The role involves acting as a source of expertise for Keyloop customers and internal teams, developing and retaining knowledge to deliver products like DMS and Manufacturer Systems. The consultant will ensure project activities meet quality and time expectations while engaging with customers remotely and onsite, providing configuration, training, and support. This role requires standardization, efficiency, and adaptability to evolving products and involves communication, collaboration, and a client-focused approach.

Requirements

• Experience and proven track record in Finance, CRM, Technical or ERP deployments in Consultancy and or SME roles.
• Proven ability to define and maintain standard end-to-end business process for optimal delivery of software.
• Process-driven with a track record of successfully handling considerable change and the ability to work under pressure.
• Commercially astute, good business acumen, with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to advise, persuade and influence people in a professional and effective manner.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility, integrity and problem-solving skills.
