Director/Associate Director, Institutional Sales - Digital Assets (Middle East, Remote)

We are looking for a seasoned Middle East based Institutional Sales Director or Associate Director to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering OTC Spot, Derivatives, Lending and Borrowing services to our institutional client base. You will also be responsible for client acquisition and management, working with our Marketing team to drive institutional strategy and community initiatives, and building and growing a dynamic client pipeline.

Requirements

• Studies in finance, engineering, data science, econometrics or similar
• Passion for and/or knowledge for digital assets and algorithmic trading
• Strong institutional network in the crypto industry and traditional finance
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience with a successful track record of institutional sales in both traditional and digital finance
• Capacity to work closely with team members and internal stakeholders
• High capacity for organizational design
• Experience with institutional marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as Options, Futures, Fixed Income, OTC structured products, Market Making algorithms
