We are seeking a Business Developer to drive data-powered innovation by generating and closing new business opportunities across both staffing and project-based engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience selling data-related solutions or services and be passionate about opening new doors and driving data-led conversations.
Requirements
- 3 – 8 years of experience selling data-related solutions or services
- Experience in both project-based solution sales and consultant staffing
- Confidence in engaging C-level roles, including Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), and CIOs
- Ability to map out, break into, and grow strategic accounts by identifying data-driven needs and challenges
- Skilled in prospecting, cold outreach, and creatively positioning data & digital offerings to the right buyer personas
- Familiarity with a wide range of Data and Digital solutions such as Digital performance, Martech, CRM, E-commerce, and advanced analytics
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French, enabling you to operate across Belgium effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
