Requirements
- Analyze, investigate and solve incidents and service requests originating in the production environment
- Perform knowledge transition with development teams
- Monitor and validate observability and alert solutions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose evolutions in support routines and processes
- Act collaboratively with operational, development and infrastructure teams
