We are seeking a Business Analyst Marketing Automation Consultant to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign and be able to drive analysis, design, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and data integrations.
Requirements
- Serve as the functional expert for Adobe Campaign
- Ensure seamless alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and regulatory compliance within the Adobe Campaign ecosystem
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements for Adobe Campaign
- Translate marketing strategies into technical specifications for Adobe Campaign
- Design, configure, and optimize Adobe Campaign workflows for performance, efficiency, and error handling
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within Adobe Campaign
- Define data mapping and synchronization rules between Adobe Campaign and other systems
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams, IT, and Adobe Campaign administrators
- Conduct workshops and demos to gather input, validate designs, and train end-users
- Support user acceptance testing by defining test cases
