Initiative Owner Secured Written Customer Interactions Consultant represents Keystone Solutions as an Initiative Owner for Secured Written Customer Interactions, working on client projects and contributing to the transformation of customer written interactions within a major financial institution.

Requirements

• Take autonomous ownership of the initiative according to Agile practices
• Define the strategy and market vision for the initiative
• Collaborate closely with the Cluster Product Owner, contributing teams, architects, security, regulatory and risk instances, and IT colleagues
• Manage and support Product Owners/Operational Owners during ideation and refinement of deliverables
• Monitor and report on progress, delivery, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and quality
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and pragmatism
• Show a thirst for knowledge, with a focus on learning, adapting, and knowledge sharing
• Prioritize team success over individual achievement
