HR Specialist (Payroll)

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of payroll administration, including data entry, payroll processing, and verification of employment. They will also manage financial aspects of onboarding new employees and work closely with an outsourced payroll processing vendor.

Requirements

• Proven experience as payroll specialist handling payroll for 500-1000 employees
• At least 3 years working in payroll or similar role
• BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field
• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. NetSuite) and databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A polite and professional disposition
• Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
