Requirements
- MBO+/HBO level education and proven experience in a leadership role within a dynamic environment, ideally in retail, hospitality, or food service
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability, with a track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and supportive team culture
- Administrative skills for reporting and streamlining daily operations
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent aligned with company values
- Commitment to health and safety standards, ensuring a secure work environment for both staff and customers
