Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Debitorenbuchhaltung

We are seeking a Debtor Accounting Clerk (m/w/d) to support our team in the smooth processing of invoice and payment processes. You will work structurally, have a good understanding of numbers, and keep an overview. As a Debtor Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for creation, checking, and booking of outgoing invoices for business customers, monitoring of open positions and independent implementation of the debt collection process, checking the creditworthiness of customers and determining suitable payment methods, maintenance and updating of debtor accounts in the ERP system, clarification of payment differences and agreement on open questions, and contact person for customers on invoice and payment issues.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
• First professional experience in debtor accounting is an advantage
• Safe handling of MS Office, preferably also MS Dynamics 365
• Team ability combined with independent and reliable working style
• Fast understanding, structured working style, and high level of commitment
