Produktions- und Entwicklungsmanager (w/m/d)

The Production and Development Manager will independently manage and control contract manufacturers, take operational responsibility for production processes, and serve as an interface between product development, purchasing, quality assurance, and production. Key responsibilities include project management, product development, production planning, coordination, and process optimization, with a focus on sustainability and digitization.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in food technology, chemistry, cosmetic technology, production management, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in product management and technical production management, ideally in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in dealing with contract manufacturers and understanding of technical and regulatory production requirements
• A strong affinity for natural cosmetics and/or beauty products
• Confident in project management and cross-departmental coordination
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and common ERP systems
• Structured, independent work style, high level of responsibility and organizational skills, as well as assertiveness and leadership skills
• Communicative, resilient, hands-on – with a joy of a dynamic environment
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
