The role involves leading a team, strategic project planning, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and collaborating with the content team and international team.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of work experience
• Prior experience as an educator is highly valued
• Fluent in two or more of the following Indian languages: Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Odia, Hindi, Tamil, Assamese (reading and writing)
• Proven project leadership and management skills
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
