Job Description
Kharon is seeking a full-time Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join their Denver, Colorado team. The role involves standardizing metrics, coaching engineers on reliability practices, planning capacity, and driving performance tuning. The engineer will also collaborate with DevOps on Kubernetes and assist in defining security controls. Kharon is a disruptive organization focused on operationalizing global security risks.
Requirements
- Stand up and standardize metrics, logging, tracing, and alert hygiene.
- Coach engineers on reliability practices.
- Plan capacity and conduct load/perf tests.
- Collaborate with DevOps on Kubernetes standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation.
- Assist in defining SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
- Align with security controls.
- Identify on-call rotations.
