Project Director

This Project Director role will focus on leading the Project Management Office and Innovation function within the organization. The role involves driving excellence in project execution, fostering innovation, and aligning projects with company strategic objectives. This includes managing project teams, overseeing projects from initiation to closure, and collaborating with executive leadership and government stakeholders.

• Oversee the Innovation Department
• Develop and implement standardized project and innovation methodologies
• Lead and mentor project managers and innovation teams
• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects and innovation initiatives
• Establish governance structures
• Implement effective risk management practices
• Promote a culture of innovation
• Monitor performance
• Represent the organization in front of government stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior executives
