Utilization Management Clinical Auditor and Trainer RN

We are seeking a Utilization Management Clinical Auditor and Trainer RN to review UM policy and guidelines, perform audits, and provide training to staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of acute chronic care nursing principles and experience in utilization review.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active, current, unrestricted California license
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school or equivalent in Nursing, Nursing Education, Health Administration, or related healthcare field
• Minimum of two (2) years full-time clinical experience in acute care, community health setting, public health nursing or chronic disease management
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in utilization review
• Prior experience in providing training, education, and auditing
