Requirements
- Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across the plants, focusing on operational efficiency, product quality, cost reductions and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and align projects with business objectives.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and Kaizen events to engage teams in continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
