Manufacturing Engineering Manager

At KI, we believe knowing our customers helps us serve them better. We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers supporting the manufacturing processes within our facility.

Requirements

• Plan, coordinate and implement continuous improvements activities to improve key performance indicators
• Develop and administer capital budgets for Engineering
• Training for Manufacturing Engineers in processes and equipment
• Plan and coordinate new product introductions and product enhancements
• Direct internal and external resources to resolve field or quality concerns
• Serve as the primary engineering contact for assigned product lines
• Oversee and approve engineering change notifications (CNs) and change requests (CRs)
