Team Lead

KI is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented team leader to join its Fabrication team in Manitowoc. The team lead will support production operations, track downtime and quality metrics, and assist with production tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Assist the Production Coordinator with daily operations, job setup, and technician support
• Monitor production flow and ensure technicians have necessary materials
• Coordinate packaging and skidding of fabricated parts
• Troubleshoot fabrication equipment (presses, saws)
• Maintain production display boards and document downtime/quality issues
• Step in to assist with production tasks as needed
• Suggest and support productivity and efficiency improvements
• Promote and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Train new employees on PPE and safety protocols
