Behaviorist ABA Direct

This behavioral assistant position assists ABA therapists with client instruction, implementation of behavior intervention programs, and maintaining a safe learning environment. It requires implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, assisting with daily living activities, and adhering to positive behavior support techniques. The role focuses on providing evidence-based therapies and fostering a supportive atmosphere. The position requires ongoing collaboration with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other specialists.

Requirements

• Follow behavioral treatment plan.
• Assist with preparation of plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group instruction.
• Maintain appropriate care-giver contact and record-keeping.
• Operate audiovisual equipment and record data.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward students.
• Fluency in English.
