Creative & Dynamic Teacher for engaging hands on science day camp

Kids Science Labs is seeking a dynamic teacher to lead hands-on STEAM lessons for kids aged 6-12. The ideal candidate is a motivated and passionate individual who can adapt, learn, and engage kids in their discovery of science, problem-solving, and creativity.

Requirements

• Ability to joyfully communicate with parents and classroom teachers of students
• Enjoy being with, engaging, and adapting to children
• BS/BA degree (preferably in education, art, science)
• Ability to learn, adapt, and operate in a dynamic and creative environment
• Strong classroom management skills and preparation skills
• Desire to help explore questions rather than give kids answers
• Must be capable of lifting a bin of engaging science materials and being able to push it into and out of classrooms
