Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source high-quality candidates using various strategies, own the top-of-funnel experience, and optimize sourcing metrics. Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other creative outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sourcing or full-cycle technical recruiting
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Experience using an ATS (we use Ashby) and keeping pipelines organized
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people
- Bias for action, curiosity, and a drive to improve systems and processes
