Mechanical Technician

As a Mechanical Technician, you will support site operational activities, collaborate with engineering teams, and provide hands-on technical support. You will work on planned preventative maintenance activities and improve asset reliability. The role requires a minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English, and a HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent.

Requirements

• Demonstrate and have knowledge of safe working practices on complex mechanical systems when carrying out maintenance work.
• Diagnose the cause of technical malfunction or failure of operational equipment, apply adequate resolutions including following work instructions.
• Demonstrate and apply a basic working knowledge of lubrication and CBM in mechanical systems.
