We are seeking a Senior Director, Growth Analytics to drive transformational business impact by optimizing growth levers across Kimberly-Clark. The ideal candidate is a globally-minded, strategic insights leader with a strong foundation in consumer understanding, analytics, and business impact.
Requirements
- Proven track record of financial impact by deploying analytical tools by optimizing resource allocations and/or prioritizing sources of growth
- Strong understanding of business drivers, P&L, and commercial strategy
- Ability to connect insights into financial outcomes and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience integrating traditional research with behavioral, social, and digital data sources
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire diverse global teams
- Exceptional communicator and influencer with a track record of building relationships across functions and geographies
- Comfortable with digital tools, data platforms, and emerging analytics techniques
- Proven track record of leading insights initiatives across international markets
- Experience working across multiple categories and international markets, with exposure to US, China, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and Brazil
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and influence across levels and functions
