Design and implement supply planning global process model, metrics, and systems solutions to deliver accurate plans and enable successful business execution. Foster partnership relations with internal customers and suppliers, and lead the design and implementation of supply chain operating model/systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in supply chain, logistics or engineering and/or other related discipline
- 7-10 years of progressive work experience in increasingly broader supply chain planning roles with additional experience in supply chain execution such as Logistics and Manufacturing
- Technical knowledge of supply management solutions – technologies, tools and data, with end-to-end capabilities that enable an integrated supply management capability
- Experience as part of a large-scale process and system implementation preferred
- Strong skills and experience with analyzing, diagnosing and resolving complex issues and identifying transformational opportunities
- Strong project management and influencing skills
- Able to manage with ambiguity and autonomy
- Ability to lead and work in large complex global organizations and at multiple levels to influence the source to shelf culture of Global Supply Chain
- Ability to travel domestically and globally up to 40%
- Tenacious, innovative approach to resolving challenges
- Structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver results against set expectations, timelines
- Strong presentation skills, capable of creating strong visuals to support the key messages
- Effective communication and change management skills
- Engaging and collaborative, working in a team environment
- International experience with working knowledge of languages where K-C has large operations will be considered a plus
- Consumer goods experience not required but highly preferred
- Consulting experience not required but will be considered a plus
