Solution Consultant, Intermediate - IND

We are seeking a Solution Consultant, Intermediate to join our Consulting Team in Chennai. As a Solution Consultant, you will work with customers to understand their business performance challenges and develop solutions using Kinaxis Maestro software. You will also collaborate with agile team members to implement the solution and provide technical support to end users.

Requirements

• Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation.
• Collaborate with agile team members to support the configuration, implementation of Maestro software.
• Translate business requirements into Kinaxis Maestro software specifications.
• Perform training of customer end users on the configured solution.
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve issues of the configured solutions.
• Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
• Actively engage, guide and mentor junior consultants on projects.
