We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer (Middle+) to join our growing Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and quality of a complex financial application, actively participating in both in-sprint testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer working in Agile environments
- Solid experience with test design techniques, writing clear and concise test cases, and maintaining documentation
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
- Experience in UAT, in-sprint functional testing, and regression testing
- Prior experience working with financial applications, with a strong understanding of the importance of data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proven experience working closely with developers, POs, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and defects
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
