Job Description
The IPM Technician position at an IPM department within a highly productive and efficient environment is responsible for executing daily IPM duties, utilizing pesticide knowledge, and maintaining a safe and organized work space. This role involves applying pesticides, monitoring planting and pest levels, and contributing to a sustainable and effective IPM program.
Requirements
- Apply pesticide treatments safely and effectively.
- Log paperwork and labels accurately and legibly.
- Maintain and operate spray equipment.
- Scout for molds, pests, and abnormal plant morphologies.
- Maintain a biological insect program.
- Follow state and federal compliance regulations.
- Supervise IPM department members.
