We are looking for a Director, Business Development to lead fundraising campaigns, structure syndicated deals, and develop pitch materials. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in fundraising, syndication, or capital placement, with a track record of closing $100M+ mandates.
Requirements
- 7+ years in fundraising, syndication, or capital placement
- Track record of closing $100M+ mandates or leading syndicated deals
- Deep understanding of fund structures, LP-GP dynamics, and term sheet negotiation
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Existing LP/GP network in Asia, Middle East, or Europe
