Job Description
King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead the HR function for the company's offices in Greater China and Southeast Asia, supporting the company's rapid growth and evolving business goals.
Requirements
- Report directly to the Global Head of HR and lead a team of 4-5 HR professionals.
- Develop and implement tailored HR policies, procedures, and initiatives for the company’s offices in Greater China and 1-2 key Southeast Asian markets
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and hiring top talent to designing effective performance management and employee development programs
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive, engaging work culture to retain our best people
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations across the region
- Streamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and record-keeping
