King Deux Search & Consulting is a specialized executive search firm seeking an experienced HR leader to cover Greater China / APAC and help the company scale.
Requirements
- Report directly to the Global Head of HR and lead a team of 4-5 HR professionals.
- Develop and implement tailored HR policies, procedures, and initiatives for the companys offices in Greater China and 1-2 key Southeast Asian markets.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and hiring top talent to designing effective performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations across the region.
- Streamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and record-keeping.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing data-driven HR insights and recommendations.
