King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a seasoned Head of Learning & Development to lead and elevate the group-wide training agenda for a sizeable conglomerate based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will manage a small L&D team and drive strategic talent development for a 300-employee Hong Kong office.

Requirements

• Develop and execute an annual L&D strategy and training calendar
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Oversee both external and internal training delivery
• Lead end-to-end programme management
• Collaborate with Mainland China teams
• Support group-level ad-hoc initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external L&D service providers
