Investment Director, APAC Private Equity Fund Investment, New set up

King Deux Search & Consulting is a specialised executive search firm that offers bespoke talent solutions across financial services and commerce. They are looking for an Investment Director to lead the operation in Hong Kong & Shenzhen, working closely with their mainland headquarters. This role will be a critical strategic hire in driving fund growth and managing cross border investments across the Asia-Pacific region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• CFA or equivalent qualification is advantageous
• 7-10+ years of private equity or asset management experience
• Strong understanding of mainland China’s regulatory, financial, and business landscape
• In-depth knowledge of the private equity landscape in APAC markets
• Native or fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus
• Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, investment analysis, and client relationship management
