Legal Counsel, US Growth Equity, SFC 9, Financial Regulatory and Investment

We are looking for a financial regulatory legal counsel to join the established team of a premier US-based AI Growth Equity Fund. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal, with a minimum of 3 years of PQE experience in a reputable law firm, financial institution, or VC Fund.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree, with academic background in legal
• Common law jurisdiction licensed, preferably Hong Kong
• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 PQE with relevant experience gained in a reputable law firm, financial institution, or VC Fund
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, with effective resolution of conflicting priorities, and willingness to use innovative solutions to scale your legal advice
• Highly adaptive and a flexible team player in an amicable work environment
