The Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR & Marketing Lead to spearhead the overall brand, marketing, and communications strategies for the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this in-house role will be responsible for elevating the Group's brand presence and positioning across multiple touchpoints.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee the company's comprehensive digital ecosystem
- Develop and execute engaging, cross-channel content strategies
- Secure high-profile speaking opportunities for the senior management team
- Proactively pitch and secure media coverage, interviews, and thought leadership placements
- Identify and facilitate the company's involvement in relevant industry associations, business networks, and communities
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 marketing and PR professionals
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and PR efforts, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Uphold and strengthen the Group's brand image, DNA, and values in all marketing and communications activities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and PR strategies with the overall business objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PR and marketing
