Sales Manager | Hotel, MICE, Travel Trade

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing business opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Management, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• 5 years or above experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
